Larsen & Toubro Limited (L&T) conducted Pool Campus Drive at CT Group of Institutions

This Placement drive being conducted by (L&T) is for the recruitment of the students of Polytechnic (Civil/ME/EEE/ Architecture) 2014 passing out batch. As many as 482 students of CT Polytechnic College, Thapar Polytechnic college Patiala, Mehar Chand Polytechnic College Jalandhar and Govt Polytechnic Amritsar (Civil/ME/EEE) participated in this pool campus drive held at Sardarni Manjit Kaur Auditorium, CT Institutions Shahpur. The selection process entailed a rigorous criterion of Aptitude Test, Personal Interview etc. on the basis of which the company would shortlist the students, who would undergo training. After the successful completion of training, the students would be given the salary package of 3.5 Lacs per Annum. 

Three of the students, who have participated in this placement drive told jointly that the attitude of the members of the selection team was very encouraging and on positive notes. They briefed us about the company profile & made us know that they are solely after real devoted and talented job-seekers. It is really a big opportunity with the big enterprise of international repute. We hope that most of us will be selected as we had successful rounds of interview.
