KMV, Jalandhar organises Alumni Meet on Tuesday.
Jalandhar, May 14, 2013: KMV organised Alumni Meet which served as a means of revival of the good old days for many old students.
KMV is a glorious institution with a rich legacy of 127 years. It have been the seed of Women Empowerment since 1886 and have been instrumental in gifting the world with many women of substance such as Ambika Soni, Late Surinder Kaur Badal and many leading Doctors, Educationist and Policy Makers.
Alumni Meet is an annual feature at KMV. Some eminent achievers being Dr.Sushma Chawla, Vinod Bala Sood, Dr. Kamal Gupta and the list goes on.
All the old students grew nostalgic and very elated on meeting each other at KMV. A cultural eve was followed and all the alumni had a real good time. Welcoming all the guests Dr. Atima Sharma, herself a alumni of KMV averred that such meetings give an opportunity to the alumni to revisit their ties with their almamater. She also thanked all the old students who had made themselves available to attend the meet.
