Kanya Maha Vidyalaya, Jalandhar's four students of B.Sc.II Non-Medical of PG Department of Physics who avail the innovative science pursuit for Inspire Research Scholarship of Rs. 4.20 lacs with the principal.

Jalandhar, April 2, 2014: It is a matter of great pride to Kanya Maha Vidyalaya that four students of B.Sc.II Non-Medical of PG Department of Physics have availed the innovative science pursuit for Inspire Research Scholarship of Rs 4.20 lacs. Students who have got the scholarship are: Manpreet (Rs.1.20 lacs), Jaspreet (Rs.1.20 lacs), Gagandeep (Rs.1.20 lacs) and Anmol (Rs. 60,000).
Principal Dr. Atima Sharma congratulated the students for their achievement and explained that this is a great effort by the Department of Science and Technology to support graduation in basic sciences and motivate the students towards research. She further added that the college will take initiative and guide the students for this kind of fellowship and full support will be provided by faculty in future also. She expressed happiness and congratulated the faculty members of Sciences also.
