Ludhiana, February 12, 2014: Lakhwinder Kaur Babbu Gill from USA delivered a thought provoking lecture on the topic “Love Yourself and Heal Your Life.” The talk was organised by the College of Home Science, PAU, wherein students of the University participated in large number. The faculty of the College of Home Science was also present on this occasion. Babbu Gill is a licensed and certified ‘Heal Your Life’ teacher and Life Coach (Heart Inspired Presentations LLC USA) in the philosophy of international best seller and metaphysical lecturer, Louise L Hay.
In her talk, Gill said that thoughts and emotions are powerful. “We have many positive things we believe and we want to continue to reinforce these. And many of our beliefs are negative and continue to contribute to uncomfortable experiences. Its time to look within yourself. Eliminate negative self-esteem beliefs.” She called upon the youth to remain happy by seeing the happiness of others. Life is a journey, she said, adding that there are challenges which come-up, not problems. “You are unique and a beautiful soul. You are not a failure,” she told the participants.
