Jalandhar, January 3, 2014: BJP national executive member Manoranjan Kalia has strongly condemned the hike in the prices of petrol by Rs.0/75 paisa and diesel by Rs.0/50 paisa from midnight.
In a statement here today, he added already the common man is suffering from inflation and this hike will further boost inflation. He condemned the Prime Minister Manmohan Singh’s recent remarks against the BJP’s prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi.
Kalia said UPA-I and UPA-II has miserably failed on all the fronts.
Meanwhile, BJP’s former state convener of Media Cell Rajat Kumar Mohindru has also condemned the hike in the prices of petrol and diesel and termed the PM’s remarks against Modi as “irresponsible statement”.
